Software Developer (Systems Software)
Kavaliro is seeking a Software Developer (Systems Software) to support a client in Chantilly, Virginia. The role involves designing, developing, and testing classification tools within a secure Intelligence Community environment, utilizing various programming languages and technologies.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain classification tools using C, C++, Visual Basic, and .NET for Microsoft desktop and web environments
Build and support applications using Java, Python, and JavaScript, including scripts and web services
Develop secure web-based user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Lotus Notes
Support modern application development leveraging Tauri and Rust
Execute work within Agile/Sprint cycles, prioritizing tasks to meet mission requirements
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts and conduct software compatibility, regression, and usability testing across systems and platforms
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (required at time of application)
Strong experience with C, C++, Visual Basic, .NET, Java, Python, and JavaScript
Experience developing secure web applications using HTML, CSS, and service-based architectures
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments
Applicant MUST hold a permanent U.S. citizenship for this position in accordance with government contract requirements
Preferred
Experience with Tauri and Rust development
Prior experience supporting Intelligence Community or DoD systems
Experience working in highly classified, mission-critical environments
