Day-to-day monitoring and support of the revenue cycle automations
Troubleshooting
Testing
Error remediation
Reviewing and implementing automation modifications needed
Acting as consultant, facilitator, and teacher for department staff with respect to automation opportunities
Working closely with Providence IS resources to facilitate large system alterations
Acting as the primary system support for RPA applications
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information systems, preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience or 5 or more years of technical experience in a healthcare environment, preferred
Preferred
5 years of Minimum of one year experience as Systems Analyst
3 years of Epic experience
