Responsibilities
Define and execute the marketplace platform strategy and roadmap
Oversee platform development, integrations, and scalability
Build and manage onboarding for licensed cannabis vendors and partners
Ensure compliance with all applicable cannabis regulations
Drive marketplace growth, liquidity, and revenue performance
Analyze platform data to improve user experience and conversion
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
Establish operational processes and performance metrics
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in marketplace platforms, e-commerce, or SaaS
Strong understanding of marketplace economics and platform growth
Proven leadership and execution skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-stage environments
Preferred
Experience in cannabis or other regulated industries preferred
