Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support for engineers, technicians, and product teams, diagnosing and troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems, software, and networked/wireless equipment
Respond to escalated support issues unresolved by first-line product support, ensuring comprehensive diagnostics and resolution
Identify and report design, reliability, or maintenance issues to engineering teams (hardware/software)
Support customer installations and product training, particularly for complex systems requiring technical user understanding
Manage technical service delivery for customer programs and maintain compliance with repair procedures, company policies, and customer quality requirements
Interface directly with DoD/DHS end-users for high-sophistication product support, especially systems-level software environments

Required

U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
Department of Defense Secret Clearance required
Associate's degree and 3+ years of relevant technical support or systems administration experience (Or equivalent combination of education and experience)
DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification required (e.g., Security+ or equivalent)
Hands-on experience with Windows system administration and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with Network and IT systems management
Hands-on experience with Failure and root cause analysis reporting
Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Oracle CRM, and Microsoft Terminal Server
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, network monitoring tools, asset management software, HBSS, and Anti-Virus tools

Preferred

Familiarity with CA Spectrum One Click
Experience supporting DoD or DHS systems is highly desirable
