Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business strategy. Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
Collaborate with business leaders, functional SMEs, IT teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure shared understanding of project goals
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and guide teams through roadblocks
Develop and manage project budgets, ensure cost efficiency, and forecast resource needs
Partner closely with developers, bus architects, and infrastructure teams to ensure technical feasibility and best practices
Manages and supports team by setting clear goals and expectations, priorities and performance expectations. Provide regular coaching, growth development and conducts performance reviews
Provide regular updates on project status, key metrics, and risks to leadership and stakeholders
Support the transition of IT solutions into production and facilitate user adoption through training and support
Lead and oversee end-to-end technology implementation programs or upgrade projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Manage and monitor project scope throughout the project, track changes and report on impact of changes in scope
Manage multiple projects at a time
Manage projects that span multiple locations and departments
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
Facilitate communication with all business departments impacted by the project including business and information technology stakeholders
Utilize project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to drive project success
Ensure IT governance, security, and compliance standards are met within project scope
Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
Evaluate project performance post-implementation and drive continuous improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or computer-related discipline
5+ years' experience working on information technology projects or equivalent
Deep experience in ERP and MES implementations
Strong leadership skills
Proven ability to manage complex projects in dynamic environments
Strong understanding of information technology concepts, business practices and processes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects of various sizes concurrently
Ability to clearly communicate technical and business concepts to the appropriate audiences
5+ years of experience managing global ERP and MES implementation projects
Strong desire within the Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft D365, Azure)
Strong understanding of ERP and MES modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Sales and Manufacturing
Proven track record of delivering large-scale strategic transformative programs
Ability to build high-performing teams built on collaboration and trust
Demonstrated management and leadership skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Expertise with business processes and practices
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices
Understanding of a wide range of information technology concepts and practices
Critical thinking and analysis skills
Skills in assisting customers in a professional manner
Skills in problem solving; including the ability to identify and appropriately evaluate a course of action
Ability to learn and understand new business concepts, processes and practices
Ability to learn and understand new technologies, processes and practices
Ability to plan, organize and multi-task to complete assignments in an efficient manner
Ability to pay attention to details and perform at a high level of accuracy
Ability to work on evenings and weekends if needed and travel on an as-needed basis (less than 10%)
