Responsibilities
Educate and Support: Inform clients and referring veterinarians about our comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person
Appointment Coordination: Assist clients in scheduling appointments at our multi-specialist hospital, ensuring a seamless and efficient process
Communication Mastery: Handle reminder and follow-up communications with finesse, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged
Record Keeping: Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail
Financial Transactions Oversight: accurately and efficiently handle payment processing and reconciliation
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of customer service experience in a medical setting is required
A solid employment history with proven reliability
The ability to work independently while being self-driven and eager to grow
A proactive mindset, always looking for process improvements and opportunities for collaboration to streamline operations
Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role
Preferred
Veterinary experience is preferred
Fluency in multiple languages a plus
