This role involves leading complex tax engagements, serving as a trusted advisor to clients, and mentoring a growing tax team while contributing to firm growth and client strategy.

Responsibilities
Manage and review complex federal and multi-state tax returns for partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, and high-net-worth individuals
Serve as the primary tax advisor to a portfolio of clients, providing proactive planning and consulting
Lead and mentor tax managers, seniors, and staff; contribute to talent development and retention
Oversee engagement economics, workflow, and deadlines to ensure high-quality client service
Participate in firm initiatives related to growth, process improvement, and practice development
Assist with business development efforts and deepen existing client relationships
Qualification
Required
CPA required
8+ years of public accounting tax experience, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role
Strong technical background in pass-through entities and closely held businesses
Experience with client-facing advisory and tax planning
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple engagements
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Preferred
Master's in Taxation
