Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repair work as outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately
Diagnose vehicle issues and recommend necessary repairs
Conduct road tests to verify quality of work
Follow all safety and quality standards
Document work performed and time spent in our repair systems
Maintain a clean and organized work area daily
Keep up with Audi and ASE training and certifications
Collaborate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and uniform as outlined
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience
Minimum of 3 current ASE certifications
Proven ability to perform unsupervised repairs in areas such as: Maintenance Services, Engine Repair, Suspension & Steering, Brakes, Electrical Systems, Heating & A/C
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Personal toolset appropriate for the role
High School graduate or equivalent
18 years or older
Preferred
Audi factory certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
ASE Master Tech strongly preferred
