Required

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders
Problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities to address challenges and streamline processes
Proficient in analytical tools, technology platforms, and software used for project management and reporting
Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities
Prior experience in program or project management in a similar role
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Preferred
Master's degree is highly desirable
Prior experience in an academic, research, or healthcare setting is a plus
