Responsibilities
Review daily schedules and ensure truck is stocked with tools and materials
Install HVAC ducting and insulation per specifications and safety standards
Measure, cut, seal, and secure insulation materials
Install vapor barriers and air-sealing components as needed
Operate hand and power tools safely
Track materials used and maintain clean job sites
Qualification
Required
Experience in HVAC duct installation, insulation, or construction
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude
Lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, on ladders, and in varying conditions
