Responsibilities

Develop and manage Configuration Management policies aligned with ITIL and COV standards

Own and maintain the CMDB, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance

Define and enforce CI identification, control, and reporting standards

Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Security, Application, Change, Incident, and FinOps teams

Monitor, audit, and report on CMDB health and Configuration Management KPIs

Provide guidance on configuration management best practices and continuous improvement
