Responsibilities
Analyze P&L, Balance Sheet, and Working Capital
Perform quality checks during Period End Closing (PEC), drive corrective adjustments with stakeholders
Build financial models and scenarios to support decision-making
Support internal and external audits by providing required financial documentation and explanations
Improve data quality, drive automation, and enable self-service analytics across the unit
Explore and apply advanced analytics (ML/AI) to improve predictability and performance insights
Provide fact-based commercial and operational insights that connect financials to business drivers
Participate in performance improvement initiatives and strategic projects
Ensure adherence to accounting directives, SOX/ABC controls and Code of Business Ethics
Continuously build digital and analytics skills; identify opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency and predictive capabilities
Qualification
Required
Highly skilled and motivated candidate who excels in database management
Experience in ETL processes (data extraction, transformation and loading)
Strong technical expertise in developing reports using business intelligence tools
Solid understanding of business finance
Ability to analyze P&L, Balance Sheet, and Working Capital
Perform quality checks during Period End Closing (PEC)
Drive corrective adjustments with stakeholders
Build financial models and scenarios to support decision-making
Support internal and external audits by providing required financial documentation and explanations

2.7+ GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent
