Responsibilities

Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide program information, process orders, cancel accounts, or document complaints
Provide services including licenses, registrations, titles, permits, or program eligibility information
Verify that appropriate actions were taken to resolve customer issues
Maintain records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and follow-up actions
Resolve service or billing complaints, including exchanges, refunds, or bill adjustments
Complete required forms, process address changes, and manage service discontinuance orders using computers
Refer complex or unresolved issues to designated departments for additional support
Determine and collect charges for services, deposits, or payments, and arrange billing as needed
Contact customers to respond to inquiries or notify them of claim investigation results or adjustments

Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High school diploma or GED
Ability to research, document, and analyze procedures to solve customer issues

Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
