Responsibilities

Oversees, directs, and organizes the work of the market finance team

Ability to direct the preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based on broad corporate goals and growth objectives

Supports the development of the regional annual operating and capital budgets as well as monitoring progress toward specifically established objectives

Coordinate the financial analysis and reporting of all business plans by working with representatives across the market

Ensures the integration of financial planning tools among management teams for strategic, financial, operations, quality management, and other management decision making processes and applications by facilitating the information exchange

Serves as a market consultant on specific finance-related issues or day-to-day operations issues and provides notification to regional senior leadership of material issues impacting financial performance
