Sr. Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
Own and evolve LinkLive's positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and partner channels
Translate product features and roadmap into clear value propositions, customer outcomes, and use-case-driven narratives
Support and help drive go-to-market plans by balancing strategic direction with hands on execution and strong project management
Collaborate across Marketing on campaigns, content, and programs that reinforce product value and support pipeline generation
Develop and maintain core product marketing assets, including messaging frameworks, pitch decks, demo support, competitive talk tracks, user guides, and customer-facing use cases
Ensure Sales, Solutions Consultants, partners, and customers are fully prepared for each new product or major release by driving launch planning, clear messaging, and enablement readiness
Partner closely with Solutions Consulting to ensure product value is clearly articulated in demos and customer conversations
Support channel, embedded, and partner motions with tailored positioning, messaging, and enablement assets
Partner with Product, Sales, and Finance to define, refine, and implement pricing and packaging for CCaaS and AI offerings
Identify and address content gaps across Product, Sales, Solutions Consulting, and Marketing to improve opportunity progression from MQL through closed-won
Help bring structure, clarity, and repeatability to go-to-market processes as the organization scales
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years of relevant experience in Product Marketing or related GTM roles within a B2B SaaS environment
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Proven experience supporting product launches, sales enablement, pricing initiatives, and GTM programs
Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex platforms into compelling, outcome-driven narratives for diverse audiences
Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
Highly collaborative and effective at influencing cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and geographically distributed environment and align teams around shared goals
Preferred
Experience with CCaaS, CX platforms, AI, VoIP, and/or customer engagement technologies
Experience supporting regulated industries such as banking, healthcare, or social assistance
Advanced degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Data-informed mindset with the ability to use insights and analytics to guide decisions and improve GTM effectiveness
