Responsibilities
Support the firm’s new origination and business development activities
Conduct market and property research
Develop and manage tenant and operator relationships
Prepare drafts of offers, listing, purchase and representation agreements
Coordinate all documentation related to the transaction process
Oversee the creation and updating of marketing materials
Qualify prospective tenants through financial statement review and reference checks
Negotiate deal terms and lease agreements
Maintain meticulous documentation of deal terms to ensure accurate execution through legal, construction, development (as applicable), and lease administration teams
Qualification
Required
2+ year experience
NV Real Estate License REQUIRED
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of real estate deal structures and lease terminology, or a demonstrated willingness to learn
Practical experience utilizing design and analytical tools
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
Effective in formal presentation settings; able to command attention and demonstrate executive presence
Confident, self-motivated, and consistently able to meet and exceed performance goals
