Senior Sales System CRM Manager

Responsibilities

Act as the primary driver for product vision, strategies, and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals
Build, configure, and customize the Salesforce platform, including objects, fields, page layouts, and automation rules to meet evolving business needs
Create and manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure users have appropriate access and support
Monitor and prioritize user requirements from various feedback channels and share with the development team to collaborate and roadmap product’s direction
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of the products. Identify and track key performance metrics
Provide end user training to all levels from basic users navigating the site to content managers and create documentation to share best practices and process changes
Oversee routine maintenance, system upgrades, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure the platform runs smoothly
Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and implement solutions that drive business value

Required

Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Management, Computer Information Systems or related field
Between 1-3 years of experience in Product Managing, Solution planning
Between 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce administrator or developer role
Microsoft Suite of Tools: PPTX, Excel, Word, Outlook
Working knowledge best practice experiences on the Salesforce platform
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Prolonged PC Monitor Use
Finger/Hand Manipulation (e.g. 10 key, typing)

Preferred

Salesforce certified associate
Certified administrator
Advance administrator
Business analyst recommended but not required
