Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted partner to Account Executives and clients by managing and supporting complex mid-market commercial accounts
Lead and coordinate the renewal process, including preparation of submissions, exposure summaries, proposals, coverage summaries, and binding documentation
Proactively identify client needs, coverage considerations, and opportunities for account expansion or enhancement
Prepare loss exhibits, obtain loss runs, and support informed risk placement decisions
Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency by ensuring documentation is complete and current within agency management systems
Oversee quality control of policies, endorsements, audits, certificates, and claims related documentation
Monitor account performance and contribute to retention and growth through thoughtful, proactive service
Qualification
Required
Five or more years of experience in a Property and Casualty brokerage environment, with strong commercial lines knowledge
Confidence managing client relationships and supporting account strategy
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Comfort working with data, documentation, and agency management systems with a high level of accuracy
A collaborative mindset and the ability to take direction while working independently
Active insurance licenses or the willingness to obtain required licenses with company support
