Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody their values to join their IS Infrastructure Operations team as an Information Services Intermediate Business Analyst. This role involves acting as a liaison between IT and business units for the development, implementation, and support of new systems and enhancements, while solving moderately complex problems and analyzing possible solutions.

Responsibilities

Acts as a liaison between IT and business units for the development, implementation and support of new systems and enhancements under moderate level of guidance and direction
Assesses and interprets customer needs and objectives to evaluate new applications or enhance existing applications, document and test system requirements, and work collaboratively with the development team to recommend solution alternatives
Assists in the preparation of communications and presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives
Solves moderately complex problems
Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures
Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines

Required

3-5 years of experience required
Requires experience in single business area and application (package and custom)
Requires Experience implementing or supporting applications (ERP, HR payroll, Finance)
Requires experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Vizio, Word)
Requires experience facilitating/ leading requirement gathering sessions
Requires experience with process modeling requirements and test plans

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree Preferred Or Equivalent Experience
Ideal candidates will have previous experience with a ticketing system, process improvement, and nice to have call center experience
