Responsibilities

Provide frontline IT support to employees in the NYC office

Deliver friendly, patient, and effective customer service

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Mac and PC environments

Support platforms including Okta, Proofpoint, Intune, and Kandji

Support Google Workspace, Zoom, and Zoom Rooms

Assist with device setup, onboarding, and offboarding

Manage tickets with urgency and strong follow-through

Partner with IT, Security, and Operations teams

Document processes and best practices

Qualification

Required

Experience in an IT support or IT analyst role

Strong customer service skills with patience and professionalism

Clear sense of urgency and accountability

Comfortable supporting MacOS and Windows environments

Eager to learn new tools and technologies

Ability to work in-person from our NYC office

Preferred

Experience in a Mac-first environment

Background in a customer-facing technical role (Apple Genius Bar a plus)

Experience with security or identity tools

Experience supporting conference rooms and AV setups

Agency or fast-paced environment experience
