Responsibilities

Define End-to-End Strategy: Own the long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap for complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception through to global rollout
Drive Strategic Execution: Lead high-stakes, end-to-end projects—such as high-frequency service models or fulfillment optimizations—that require deep integration across engineering, operations, and marketing
Optimize the Ecosystem: Identify and resolve systemic friction points in the eCommerce funnel, including search, discovery, checkout, and post-purchase experiences
Data-Driven Innovation: Champion a culture of rigorous experimentation (A/B testing, hypothesis-driven pilots) to validate new business models and maximize ROI
Mentorship & Best Practices: Act as a 'force multiplier' by mentoring other PMs and establishing best-in-class product management frameworks across the organization

Qualification

Required

Typically 7–10+ years in product management with a proven track record of shipping complex, large-scale eCommerce or digital retail solutions
Proficiency in analyzing market trends and customer behavior metrics (AOV, Conversion, CLV) to inform high-leverage product bets
Exceptional ability to lead without formal authority, navigating diverse teams and bridging the gap between technical requirements and business goals
Strong understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) to effectively collaborate with engineering leads
Deep empathy for the end-user, with a focus on creating seamless, intuitive digital experiences that solve real customer problems
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple high-priority workstreams and adapting to shifting market dynamics
