Overseeing and leading projects within highly regulated environments
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Developing and monitoring project timelines
Managing resources
Mitigating risks
Ensuring strict adherence to the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver successful outcomes for complex projects
Qualification
Required
Extensive project management experience, including expertise in Best Practices and methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid SDLC approaches
Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory standards relevant to regulated industries
Proven skills in project planning, execution, risk mitigation, and resource allocation
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or other PM software
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Preferred
Previous experience managing projects in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or pharmaceuticals is highly beneficial
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent qualification is strongly preferred
