Paid social strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
Creator and TikTok led growth initiatives
Channel experimentation to identify and scale what works
Creative strategy, testing velocity, and performance optimisation
Revenue growth with strong unit economics
Qualification
Required
Experience in building DTC and social driven revenue from scratch
Paid social strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
Experience with creator and TikTok led growth initiatives
Ability to conduct channel experimentation to identify and scale what works
Strong creative strategy, testing velocity, and performance optimisation skills
Proven track record of revenue growth with strong unit economics
Experience as a senior growth or performance marketing leader
Ability to take channels from zero to scale
Comfortable with high autonomy and minimal structure
Strong commercial thinking focused on contribution, not vanity metrics
Preferred
Experience in premium consumer, home, or lifestyle brands
