Inside sales -HVAC
Midea America is a subsidiary of Midea Group, one of the world’s largest home appliance brands. The Inside Sales Representative will serve as the primary commercial liaison for distributors and key accounts, ensuring a seamless customer experience and managing the order-to-delivery execution lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary day to day customer contact for sales inquiries, order processing, and order status communication
Respond to inquiries on product availability, lead times, and order status
Support product availability inquiries across MAC domestic warehouses and RAC factory/container supply
Enter, validate, and process customer orders accurately in Midea ERP systems
Issue order acknowledgements confirming pricing, configuration, quantities, and requested ship dates
Manage & track orders from receipt through release, shipment, and invoicing
Communicate estimated shipment dates, delivery updates, and supply changes proactively
Coordinate order releases based on inventory availability, production schedules, and credit status
Resolve order-related issues including backorders, damaged shipments, freight claims, and pricing discrepancies
Partner closely with Regional Sales Managers to support account strategy, forecasting, and growth initiatives
Manage real-time inventory, stock-and-sell orders, rapid order turnaround, and coordination with U.S. warehouses and logistics partners
Support forecast-driven ordering, factory lead times, container scheduling, and longer supply horizons for high-volume and import-capable partners
Ensure pricing, rebate, and program compliance across both fulfillment paths using unified Midea HVAC policies
Employ company policies where applicable (sales, logistics, warranty) to ensure guidelines are followed for both company and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required

Processes standard warehouse and factory orders and provides routine order status updates
Escalates complex pricing, credit, container, or allocation issues to senior team members
Builds foundational knowledge of Midea HVAC products, channels, and systems
Preferred
Owns execution for assigned strategic distributor and key accounts
Manages complex, multi-product, and mixed fulfillment orders across RAC and MAC
Serves as escalation point for supply constraints, customer issues, and channel conflicts
Partners with Regional Sales leadership on forecasting, backlog management, and account strategy
Mentors entry-level team members and contributes to process improvement initiatives
