Finance Manager
FIVE x 5 is a growing organization that is looking for a Finance Manager to enhance their finance service and support corporate reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will be proactive and detail-oriented, responsible for financial strategies, reporting, and collaboration with operational and leadership teams.

Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Finance Director and wider management team to develop and implement financial strategies
Prepare and review deliverables for group and/or portfolio reporting, ensuring they are completed correctly and submitted on time
Prepare monthly management pack, monthly KPI Dashboard, and any other financial reports for management, leadership, or the wider Volaris team
Present monthly and quarterly results to the management team, and to the wider team when required
Manage business cash flow, identifying and reporting on potential risks
Embed financial understanding at all levels across the business including preparing data and information for operational meeting cadences, e.g. monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc
Lead interactions with auditors and manage deliverables for annual audit
Utilize system-based management by employing existing processes to facilitate team management
Leverage management support to drive results
Participates in team rituals, collecting data on progress and receiving updates on status and process
Engage in team activities in a hands-on manner; personally contribute to team activities and achievements
Complete ad-hoc analysis, team, individual project work as required by the business
Maintain monthly finance processes, documentation, and controls
Review and approve month end balance sheet reconciliations to ensure sustained quality
Review and approve variance analysis on monthly and quarterly results
Liaise with functions/departments across Volaris as needed (i.e. group/portfolio contacts, Volaris tax team, Volaris payroll team)
Maintain finance processes, ensuring that they are documented appropriately and adhered to by relevant parties
Review and maintain SOP, best practice (COSO), and Risk Control Matrix documentation
Develop trust and respect by acting in a straightforward, honest, respectful, equitable, and appropriate manner

Qualification
Required
Proactive and detail-oriented finance professional
Strong analytical capability
Sound judgment
Commitment to maintaining a high standard of financial discipline
Ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights for stakeholders at all levels
Experience in collaborating closely with operational and leadership teams
Ability to prepare and review deliverables for group and/or portfolio reporting
Experience in preparing monthly management pack, monthly KPI Dashboard, and other financial reports
Experience in presenting monthly and quarterly results to management
Ability to manage business cash flow and identify potential risks
Experience in leading interactions with auditors and managing deliverables for annual audit
Ability to maintain monthly finance processes, documentation, and controls
Experience in reviewing and approving month end balance sheet reconciliations
Experience in reviewing and approving variance analysis on monthly and quarterly results
Ability to liaise with functions/departments across the organization
