MAR JPO Test Engineer SME Robins AFB, GA

Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and execute testing for MAR systems to verify performance, reliability, interoperability, and cybersecurity requirements
Create and review detailed test plans, procedures, and strategies for developmental, operational, and integration testing
Coordinate and support Integrated Test Team (ITT) activities, ensuring all test events are properly scheduled, resourced, and documented
Perform system-level and subassembly-level testing using a building-block approach to ensure comprehensive evaluation
Participate in cyber tabletop exercises and laboratory testing to assess cybersecurity resilience
Review contractor test plans and procedures for compliance with program requirements and verification methods
Analyze test data, document results, and provide recommendations for system improvements and risk mitigation
Leverage lessons learned from NAVWAR Multi-GNSS legacy programs to optimize test strategies and methodologies
Support Platform System Integration Lab (SIL) testing to verify subsystem integration with DoD aircraft platforms
Maintain traceability of test requirements to system specifications, performance metrics, and contract deliverables
Coordinate with program management, systems engineering, and acquisition teams to ensure test results inform decision-making and milestone approvals
Support preparation for program reviews, technical interchange meetings, and milestone assessments
Ensure test documentation and reporting comply with DoD, Air Force, and AFLCMC standards and requirements
Qualification
Required
Holds an active Top Secret clearance
Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and 10 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five years of which must be in DoD acquisition
Or bachelor's degree in a related field and 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in DoD acquisition
Or, 20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight of which must be in DoD acquisition
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
