Responsibilities
Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions using configuration and customization with Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Aura/LWC components, and platform features
Build and enhance Lightning UI using SLDS and custom components in Aura and LWC
Develop integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Single Sign-On (SSO)
Participate in solution design, technical documentation, code reviews, and team collaboration with other developers
Ensure quality by following Apex best practices, Salesforce development standards, and test coverage expectations
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical guidance
Support data migration activities including:
Data mapping and transformation support
Import/export tooling and/or ETL coordination
Data validation, reconciliation, and post-load fixes
Cutover support and migration runbooks (as needed)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, including solution design and integration with backend systems
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning and custom development in Aura and LWC
Strong Apex development experience (classes, triggers, async patterns) and best practices
Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
Proven ability to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and collaborate with developers and business teams
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Data migration experience required (Salesforce migrations, data loads, validation/reconciliation)
