Briljent is seeking a Project Manager for the implementation of the Statewide Voter Registration System (SVRS). The role involves managing project performance metrics, coordinating project calendars, and conducting briefings on project status to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Daily interaction with stakeholders, project team members, and ELECT staff

Attendance at virtual and in-person project meetings daily

Management of project performance metrics and recording of data in CTP

Adhere to requirements of Commonwealth Project Management Standard

Work in conjunction with members of the ELECT SVRS project team

Oversee coordination of SVRS project calendar

Conduct briefings on SVRS project status to internal and external audiences, including the Interagency Oversight Committee

Required

Active Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Documented risk management experience

Successful completion of a Category 1 or 2 Commonwealth of Virginia project of $5M or more, or completion of a non-COV project with a value greater than $10M as PM of record. (pls make sure their exp with this is HIGHLIGHTED on their resume)

Bachelor's degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent client-facing and internal communications skills, written and verbal

Solid organizational skills and attention to detail

Must be eligible to work in the United States. No sponsorships are available

The Project Manager will be required to work in a fast-paced, potentially stressful environment. Relevant experience in similar environments should be clearly documented in the applicant's resume

Must reside within a daily commutable distance to Richmond, VA
