Learning And Development Specialist
TechMind RPO is focused on enhancing employee development and organizational change. They are seeking a Learning And Development Specialist who will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to support employees and align with organizational changes.
Responsibilities
Identify training needs by working with managers and reviewing job roles and performance
Create clear and easy-to-follow training materials such as guides, presentations, and online resources
Deliver training through workshops, virtual sessions, and one-on-one coaching
Evaluate training effectiveness and update materials based on feedback and performance results
Maintain training records and track employee progress for compliance purposes
Work with subject matter experts to keep training content accurate and up to date
Support employees through ongoing guidance and mentoring
Help align training programs with organizational changes, including new policies and system updates
Incorporate change management concepts to help employees adjust to new processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in education, business, communications, public administration, or a related field
At least two years of professional work experience
Ability to train diverse audiences using adult learning principles
Comfortable using technology and online training tools
Must pass a background check and follow IRS Pub 1075 requirements
Preferred
Experience in government or public sector roles is preferred but not required
