Tender Analyst

Fracht Group - North America is seeking a Tender Analyst to manage RFQ/Tender requests and pricing strategies for key account customers. The role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure effective tender management and pricing support for the North American market.

Responsibilities

Help manage the tender process for Fracht’s global key accounts as a team
Guide and coordinate with sales, procurement, and pricing across the Fracht Network
Formulate internal timelines and drive completion of each tender
Maintain timely communications with all relevant stakeholders
Monitor internal and external deadlines associated with each RFQ
Support the Procurement team on RFQ pricing for North America (In/Out)
Help maintain existing business and generate new clientele through tenders
Provide appropriate short/long-term pricing on tenders applying guidelines, performing profitability analysis, and suggesting optimal pricing and routing of cargo per customer requirements
Assist Procurement in negotiating buy rates with our Carrier partners
Confirm coverage of the quoted import/export sell rates upon official award announcement
Prepare routing guide for Fracht offices to ensure proper implementation on incumbent & new awards
Provide case studies in support or opposing the current tender process or execution
Create solutions to reduce costs, risks, and improve the team’s success ratio on tenders
Share input into internal workflow processes based on customer's business needs and other requirements gathered from the customer’s tender documents

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Undergraduate degree in logistics or related business field
Experience with Logistics processes, systems, and solutions
Requires a minimum of 2-3 years of logistics experience
Self-disciplined, strong leadership and proactive abilities
Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and organizational skills; ability to actively listen and respond to questions with complete and accurate answers
Effective negotiator and clear communicator of ideas and solutions
Excellent team player
