Responsibilities
Build and maintain sophisticated models to support asset performance, refinancing, and disposition strategies
Conduct investment valuations, return projections, and comprehensive asset reviews to optimize portfolio value
Assist in the execution of refinancing and disposition transactions
Perform market research, data mining, and comparable sale/company analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
Analyze leasing activity and its impact on asset valuation and cash flow
Support new business initiatives, including PropTech investing and co-working strategies
Draft internal and external memoranda and develop high-level presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
1–3 years of relevant commercial real estate experience (Asset Management, Investment Banking, or Acquisitions preferred)
Expert-level proficiency in Excel (financial modeling is a core component of this role)
Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint
Strong understanding of IRR, NPV, and discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis
Ability to interpret financial statements and credit analysis
Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to present complex data clearly to stakeholders
Interest in ESG; LEED accreditation is a plus (and will be supported/required during the employment period)
Outstanding time management and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred
A Master's in Real Estate or an MBA is considered a significant plus
Knowledge of Argus Enterprise and MRI is a plus (training will be provided for the right candidate)
