The role involves reviewing and organizing physical titles, inputting data into tracking systems, and providing administrative support to ensure accurate documentation and tracking.

Responsibilities
Review and organize physical titles for accuracy and completeness
Input title data into the Bradford tracking system and Excel spreadsheets
Maintain meticulous records to ensure proper documentation and tracking
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Provide general administrative support related to collateral management
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Previous experience in an office environment and data entry
Proficiency with Excel; familiarity with Bradford systems is a plus
Customer service skills and ability to work independently
Preferred
Experience in retail banking or collateral management is helpful but not required
