Responsibilities
Directs and oversees financial planning and analysis for Technical Operations, Engineering, Fleet Management, and Facilities Operations, including capital and expense budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
Partners with cross-functional leadership in construction, tech ops, and maintenance to evaluate operational initiatives, capital projects, and resource allocation
Develops and manages capital investment strategies to optimize asset utilization and support growth objectives
Provides financial insights and modeling to support decision-making for fleet lifecycle management, facilities upgrades, and technology implementations
Establishes performance metrics and reporting frameworks to monitor operational efficiency and capital project ROI
Ensures compliance with internal financial policies and governance standards for capital planning and operational expenditures
Leads and mentors a team of finance professionals, setting goals, objectives, and performance standards aligned with organizational priorities
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary
