Responsibilities

The Willow Analyst is the primary support contact for users for users within the Pharmacy Department space

Willow analysts coordinate issues which arise for their application area and must be knowledgeable about the organization's policies, procedures, quality standards, and business operations

Familiarity with a healthcare organization's Pharmacy Department workflows, regulatory requirements, and patient experiences as well as understanding a wide array of integration points is required

Willow analysts must make decisions regarding the urgency and or seriousness of calls and serve as a liaison between the technical staff of the department and the department’s wide variety of customers and must escalate appropriately to resolve issues

Depending on operations, business or project needs, the Willow Analyst may be asked to perform duties outside what is defined in the job description on a temporary basis

Required

Three years of related experience

Requires working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures

Familiarity with a healthcare organization's Pharmacy Department workflows, regulatory requirements, and patient experiences

Understanding a wide array of integration points

Ability to make decisions regarding the urgency and or seriousness of calls

Serve as a liaison between the technical staff of the department and the department's wide variety of customers

Must escalate appropriately to resolve issues

May be asked to perform duties outside what is defined in the job description on a temporary basis

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred

Current Epic certification(s) or accreditation in area of support is preferred

Epic certification in other areas may be considered initially

Additional Epic Certifications or Accreditations and Badges preferred but not required

Analyst level and role specific qualifications outlined in the Information Technology Analyst Ladder policy
