The role involves designing marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with leadership and product teams to create polished marketing materials.

Responsibilities
Own all marketing emails sent through HubSpot and other tools
Design and build campaigns, newsletters, announcements, and feature updates
Ensure strong visual hierarchy, layout, and brand consistency
Design all marketing assets including email graphics, social media visuals, blog images, feature announcements, and internal materials
Maintain and enforce Vibe’s brand standards across all platforms
Ensure consistent colors, typography, and visual style
Design content for LinkedIn and other social platforms
Support product launches, company updates, and brand storytelling
Ensure social content aligns with Vibe’s tone and visual identity
Design visuals for blogs, feature releases, and product announcements
Support go-to-market efforts with clean, compelling design
Work with leadership to visually communicate new features and updates
Work directly with leadership, product, and sales teams
Manage multiple design requests and deadlines efficiently
Qualification
Required
Strong graphic and visual design skills
Experience designing marketing emails (HubSpot experience preferred)
Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
Ability to work independently and take ownership of design output
Preferred
Experience with SaaS or retail technology brands
Experience designing blog or website content
Understanding of basic email and social performance metrics
