Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects
Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
Qualification
Required
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alabama
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing degree
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or must obtain within 30 days of hire
Strong clinical assessment abilities
Effective communication skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Organizational skills
Preferred
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
