Responsibilities

Answering and directing calls to the corresponding person or department

Scheduling in-person and virtual meetings accordingly

Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner

Handling incoming/outgoing correspondence and packages

Ensuring reception area and conference rooms are clean and organized

Ability to maintain and manage inventory of office supplies and other communal items

Comfortable coordinating with vendors and ensuring office and kitchen areas remain fully stocked and organized

Assisting with the coordination of company events

Coordinating and supporting various administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations
