Manage real estate closings
Review title commitments and surveys
Draft and negotiate purchase and sales agreements, leases, joint development agreements, and construction escrow agreements
Draft covenants, conditions, restrictions, and easements for residential and commercial projects
Handle closings
Familiarity with operating agreements, joint venture documents, leases and declarations is also required
Distill and analyze information and communicate effectively with other attorneys and clients
Determine material issues and propose solutions
Work effectively as part of a team on multiple complicated matters simultaneously
Qualification
Required
5 - 8 years of real estate and commercial transactions experience
Top academic credentials
Ability to manage real estate closings
Review title commitments and surveys
Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sales agreements, leases, joint development agreements, and construction escrow agreements
Ability to draft covenants, conditions, restrictions, and easements for residential and commercial projects
Handle closings
Familiarity with operating agreements, joint venture documents, leases and declarations
Distill and analyze information and communicate effectively with other attorneys and clients
Detail-oriented but also able to determine material issues and propose solutions
Can effectively work as part of a team (both as part of the client's team and with other attorneys) on multiple complicated matters simultaneously
Current Arizona law license is required
