The Summer Intern will work with the Senior Student Services Coordinator to plan and execute orientation programs and Welcome Week activities for graduate health profession programs.

Responsibilities
The intern will help facilitate orientation sessions such as registration, meals, social events, general student questions, and complete special projects as needed
Other duties as assigned such as assisting with the 2026 Commencement Ceremony and White Coat Ceremony
Qualification
Required
A background in student programming or event management
A completed Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with team members and students from different backgrounds and cultures
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Currently enrolled in a higher education graduate program
Prior experience working with orientation or new student programs
