Responsibilities
Lead design, management, and production of construction plans for industrial, commercial, and educational projects
Run projects from kickoff through permitting, approvals, and construction support
Prepare quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and bid specifications
Review and process contractor submittals / shop drawings
Prepare site investigation + feasibility reports
Maintain strong client communication and project documentation
Perform QC reviews of design work
Present projects to clients, agencies, municipalities, and the public
Qualification
Required
B.S. in Civil Engineering
PE license (or ability to obtain)
5–15 years of civil engineering design experience
Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and HEC-RAS
Preferred
Design/Build experience is a strong plus
Warehouse / industrial site experience is a plus
Experience working with municipalities (reviews, approvals, public-facing coordination) is a plus
