Lead Product Management & Development - Product Experience Simplification
AT&T is a global leader in communications and technology, and they are seeking a Lead Product Management & Development professional to simplify the customer experience across their product portfolio. This role will lead cross-functional initiatives to create a seamless multi-product experience for business customers by leveraging data-informed insights and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Lead efforts to simplify products, processes, and platforms to realize a seamless multi-product solution experience for business customers
Evaluate impediments to an integrated experience from purchase through installation, support, and billing
Collaborate with subject matter experts in product, technology development, operations, sales, digital and design
Benchmark AT&T Business multi-product experience for different customer segments vs the competition to prioritize improvement areas
Drive reusability into enabling processes and tooling
Ensure products are designed for convergence and scalability across diverse markets, from small business to enterprise and public sector
Be instrumental in realizing AT&T Business's vision to be the leading provider of converged connectivity solutions
Qualification
Required
This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
Deep industry knowledge and understanding of telecom and enterprise communications technologies
Proven ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
A passion for putting the customer experience at the forefront of decision making
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired
5+ years of related experience
Certification is required in some areas
