Responsibilities
Prepare job folders
Review job packages and complete checklists
Review as-built documentation and completion form
Assist PM with managing/tracking work authorizations
Filing of Daily reports
Managing and routing LME forms for signatures
Updating Monday.com project statuses
Data entry/reporting
Qualification
Required
Associates Degree or 3 years prior Project Administrative work
Self-directed
Database Management
The ability to work independently, and being highly motivated
Must be able to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
Carry out tasks in a timely and accurate manner
Detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy
