Warehouse & Inventory Manager (Bilingual – English/Spanish)
Retail First is a full-service design-driven manufacturer of custom retail displays, and they are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Inventory Manager to oversee warehouse operations and maintain accurate inventory control. The role involves managing inventory processes, leading warehouse staff, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities
Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping
Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, reconciliations, and adjustments
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
Coordinate with purchasing, production, and operations teams
Ensure inventory is properly labeled, stored, and organized
Supervise warehouse staff and manage daily workflow
Utilize Excel and ERP systems to track inventory and prepare reports
Enforce safety standards, warehouse procedures, and cleanliness
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
3–5 years of warehouse and inventory management experience
Strong knowledge of inventory control and reconciliation processes
Proficiency in Excel for tracking and reporting
Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a hands-on warehouse environment
Preferred
Experience in a manufacturing or retail warehouse environment
Forklift certification
Experience with Global Shop Solutions ERP system (preferred)
