Responsibilities

Review dealer merchandising claims to ensure compliance with program requirements, business rules and applicable policies
Develop and deliver training for dealers and business partners as necessary
Lead dealer and internal audits to ensure processes are working as intended and in control
Collaborate with claims analysts in other regions to drive consistency across claiming processes
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, root cause and drive process improvement initiatives
Lead and serve on projects that drive our GMP strategy including auto claiming, program simplification and system improvement opportunities

Required

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Customer Focus and Relationship Management: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. Assists in linking organizational objectives to customer needs and expectations. Differentiates roles and responsibilities in business relationships. Works with dealers and internal business partners to address critical issues and resolve them
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. Comfortable developing and delivering presentations to internal teams, leaders and dealers
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Recognizes, clarifies and prioritizes concerns. Assists in assessing risks, benefits and consideration of alternatives
Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment
Negotiating: Utilizes techniques for establishing rapport and building trust

Preferred

Experience with Power BI, direct experience with Caterpillar dealers, understanding or pricing strategies, project management
Auditing / accounting experience
