Responsibilities

Receive incoming goods, including verification, counting, inspection, and accurate put‑away of stock
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to required turnaround times and service levels
Maintain clean, organized warehouse areas and follow all safety, quality, and operational protocols
Use computerized inventory management systems such as WMS/ERP and other internal tools
Proactively identify potential problems and solutions related to inventory accuracy or workflow efficiency
Safely operate company vehicles and equipment for warehouse and customer‑related activities
Support delivery of products to local customer sites, including assisting with on‑site service needs
Perform routine stock checks and cycle counts with a proactive approach to maintaining stock accuracy
Work cross‑functionally with internal teams to support smooth inventory operations and customer fulfillment
Remain flexible and contribute to additional duties as needed to support customers and overall operations

Required

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and quality of service
Valid driver's license required

Preferred

Prior warehouse, inventory, or spare parts management experience preferred
Forklift license and prior experience are highly desirable
Experience using ERP/WMS systems; familiarity with SAP is an advantage
