Responsibilities

Build strong, trusted relationships with franchise owners through regular communication and in-person visits
Facilitate structured strategy and performance conversations focused on goals, trends, and opportunities
Support franchisees during key phases of their business, including pre-opening, ramp-up, and ongoing operations
Help franchise owners interpret key performance metrics related to revenue, membership, utilization, and retention
Share tools, resources, and best practices to support consistency and operational excellence across the system
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, training, marketing, and leadership teams to support franchise initiatives
Assist franchise owners in identifying challenges and prioritizing next steps through a consultative, solutions-focused approach
Travel to support franchise owners and their teams
Participate in ongoing training, field work, and professional development opportunities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, coaching, or multi-unit support roles
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to influence and coach through partnership rather than authority
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Comfortable reviewing and discussing financial and operational data (or willingness to learn)
Professional judgment when handling sensitive or confidential information
Collaborative mindset with a positive, solutions-driven approach

Preferred

Experience in franchising, hospitality, spa, retail, restaurant, or service-based businesses is a plus
