Responsibilities

Plan deployments end-to-end : create detailed site plans, milestones, dependencies, and checklists

Run the field rhythm: lead daily/weekly standups with contractors, facilities/biomed, and hospital IT; unblock tasks and drive decisions on site

Site readiness & installs : coordinate surveys, placement, cabling/low-voltage, mounting, labeling, and inventory; ensure EHS compliance and access/permits

Field readiness : pre-stage devices, execute commissioning/functional tests, document results, and manage punch lists to closure

Risk & change control: surface issues early, and manage change orders within SOW.Documentation & handover: produce as-builts, acceptance criteria/results, and clean handoffs to Support/CSM; run the 30–60–90 day stabilization checklist

Vendors & budgets : coordinate third-party installers and OEMs to SLAs; track actuals vs. plan to protect PS margin
