Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of sales and marketing events:

Assist with coordinating booth materials, managing deadlines and vendors

Support event logistics including packing and shipping booth materials and managing timeline for shipping and setup

Assist with keeping inventory and ordering branded promotional products and swag for internal and external needs

Participate in coordinating social media for a B2B setting:

Assist with writing and designing engaging social media content for LinkedIn

Assist with scheduling approved content on social media publishing tool

Help research industry related articles and concepts for LinkedIn posts

Help track basic engagement metrics (likes, impressions, follower growth) to understand what content performs best

Gain exposure to producing print materials and presentations:

Assist with creating content clients, internal employee communications, product communications, sales support, and others as needed

Help collaborate with graphic designer and Marketing and Communications team members on content and design

Assist with managing requests from internal Marketing and Communications Request Portal

Help order print materials with vendors and coordinate distribution of materials

Required

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in communications or marketing in a college of business or communications, or similar bachelor's degree
