Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance and administration of computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations

Perform lead role in completing data backups and disaster recovery operations

Oversee and perform lead role in diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of hardware, software, or other network and system problems

Perform lead role in planning, coordination, and implementation of network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware

Perform lead role in configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of software applications and operating environments

Oversee monitoring of logs and reports to maintain performance of computer systems and networks, determine whether adjustments need to be made, and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future

Perform lead role in design, configuration, and testing of computer hardware, networking software and operating system software

Oversee and perform lead role in discussion with developers and users to understand and solve existing system problems
