Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support to the recruiting team, helping drive an efficient and well-coordinated hiring process

Assist with the screening and initial outreach to candidates to help assess qualifications and interest, as needed

Schedule and coordinate interviews or introductions as needed

Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Assist with posting job openings and monitoring application flow

Prepare interview materials and collect timely feedback

Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and confidentiality standards
